Even if you don't want to be a cartoonist, several of us frequent this forum, so pitch your idea, and maybe on of us will pick it up and include it in our strips.

Yes. and also, maybe there's a cartoonist looking to start a military strip out there but not sure where to go with it.

If you have a really good navy related idea; post it, and If you don't want, I'd be glad to pick it up.
